Preventive Controls for Human Food v2.0

The FSPCA Preventive Controls for Human Food v2.0 course provides the updated, standardized curriculum recognized by the U.S. FDA. Designed to meet the requirements of the Food Safety Modernization Act (FSMA), this training equips participants with the skills needed to become a Preventive Controls Qualified Individual (PCQI). A PCQI is a professional qualified to develop, implement, and oversee a Food Safety Plan at a facility in compliance with FSMA regulations. Completing this course successfully is one way to fulfill the FDA’s FSMA training requirements. Participants who complete the program will receive an official FSPCA Preventive Controls Qualified Individual certificate, issued by the Association of Food and Drug Officials (AFDO).
